A few words about us

Area 10 is a Premium Pilates & Dance Studio located in Pangrati, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Athens, just minutes from the city center. The studio was founded in 2014 by Eleni Kontzila and Eleni Markoulaki.

We specialize in small-group Pilates Mat classes, as well as private and duet sessions on Reformer, Tower, and Chair equipment. Our approach is based on precise instruction, quality movement, and individualized attention in an intimate setting.

Alongside Pilates, we offer Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Barre Terre, and Stretching classes.

You will find us in a beautiful neoclassical building at 10 Spyrou Merkouri Street, right opposite Pangrati Park — a central and easily accessible location in Athens.
